However, we recognized a common problem: the lack of dedicated makeup studios in the city. With only the options of working from home or in retail, we saw a need for change.

The original team of 4 spent nearly half a decade learning the ins and outs of the industry, and realized the importance of having a makeup home for both artists and clients.

We wanted to create a place where people could come to get a makeover, learn from experts, and ask makeup questions...

Our team of talented artists has been serving the St. louis community for over 5 years, each with their own successful in-home studio.

After hearing from our clients for years about this need, we took a leap of faith, expanded our team to six and The Artist Edit was born.
