Joy firmly believes that her life's mission is to contribute to the happiness of others and to help them recognize the inherent beauty within themselves.

Her passion for makeup artistry provided a means for her to pursue this calling, leading her to enroll in Paul Mitchell The School St. Louis to study cosmetology.
Upon completing her education, Joy applied to MAC Cosmetics at the age of 18 and secured a full-time position as a makeup artist.
Recognized for her exceptional skills and artistic vision, she quickly gained a reputation as one of the most sought-after makeup artists in St. Louis.
Joy's talents also earned her an invitation to participate in MAC's Succession Program, where she worked alongside her MAC Regional Trainer to train and mentor other artists.

Joy received a promotion and was transferred to Dallas, Texas to help design, manage and open the first ‘M.A.C PRO Store & Bumble and Bumble Hair Studio’ Concept store

This was the first store with MAC of its kind doing both hair and makeup services in one place.
Upon returning to St. Louis, she discovered a newfound passion for bridal makeup, a service she had not previously explored until 2018.
Assembling a team of highly skilled artists, Joy now offers full-service bridal makeup and hair services throughout Missouri and beyond.
After accumulating more than a decade's worth of experience in the industry, Joy made the bold decision to launch her own business with no clear plan, but faith in herself.
She has earned her a place among the top three Best Makeup Artists in St. Louis Magazine's 'A-List' every year since she founded her business.
Joy's impressive portfolio includes working with Street Scape Magazine, Saint Louis Bridal, Miss Teen Missouri, Miss Missouri, Wedding Chicks, Vibe Szn Champanes, Kansas City Chiefs, Clayton Jewelers, JOYA Jewelry, Signature Bridal, Amika, The Pink Bride, ESPN, and many local small businesses.
